Asaase Broadcasting Company Ltd is one of the biggest media companies in Ghana, broadcasting from 99.5MHz in Accra and founded in 2020. Asaase Kumasi launched in June 2021, broadcasting on 98.5.
Asaase has further sister stations in Asaase 99.7 Tamale, Asaase 100.3 Cape Coast and AsaasePa 107.3 in Accra. Our parent group is Asaase Broadcasting Company Ltd.
The station also broadcasts through affiliates in Bawku, Bimbilla, Dzodze, Gushegu, Ho, Takoradi, Tarkwa and Walewale, as well as online to a diasporan and global audience.
We describe ourselves as “The Voice of Our Land”. Our motto speaks to our mandate to be the most trusted source of credible information on a wide range of subjects shaping people’s lives – from business, politics and governance to health, entertainment and sports. Asaase provides listeners with objective news, pertinent facts and expert analysis to make critical decisions.
Asaase is sited in four regions. Our main office is in Cantonments, Accra. Other branches are in Kumasi (Ashanti Region), Cape Coast (Central Region) and Tamale (Northern Region).

In Accra our frequency is 99.5MHz. In Kumasi we are on 98.5. In Tamale tune in to 99.7. In Cape Coast we are on 100.3. And our Twi-language station in Greater Accra, AsaasePa, is on 107.3.

Asaase is not owned by the New Patriotic Party. This is evident in our content, which focuses on unbiased and professionally presented news, business, current affairs, culture, health, entertainment and sports.
We are called Asaase because we believe we are the voice of our land. We broadcast mainly in English but some of our branches air programmes in local languages. And AsaasePa, our youngest station, broadcasts from Accra in Twi.
