Gabby Otchere-Darko is one of Ghana’s leading transactional lawyers, with three decades of experience across the law, policy formulation and the media. A solicitor and barrister trained in the UK and Ghana, Otchere-Darko was also the chief executive of a UK-based consulting company which specialised in facilitating business for companies and organisations with an interest in Africa.
He has worked as a political risk analyst and been a guest of choice on television and radio in Ghana. His writing focuses on investment, corporate affairs, good governance and economic development in Africa.
Otchere-Darko is the senior partner and co-founder of Africa Legal Associates, a corporate law firm established in Accra in 2015, which works across the African continent.
He has been the chairman of Asaase Broadcasting Company Ltd since 2020, and brings to the company a deep knowledge of business, political and legal networks in Europe and Africa.
